A micro Mundo vai filmar a caravana da cidadania cultural em 2009

O projeto de realização da Caravana da Cidadania se insere nesse contexto de ações que são desenvolvidas pelo Governo Federal por meio de Ministério da Cultura e da própria sociedade civil organizada. A Caravana tem o propósito de promover uma grande mobilização na sociedade, envolvendo o Governo Federal; o poder público nas instâncias estaduais e municipais, além de grupos culturais, Pontos de Cultura e instituições de ensino e pesquisa.

O evento tem início em agosto e acontecerá de forma itinerante em 11 (Manaus (AM), Juazeiro do Norte (CE), Currais Novos (RN), Delmiro Gouveia (AL), Salvador (BA), Paracatu (MG), Taubaté (SP), Irati (PR), Corumbá (MS), São Raimundo Nonato (PI) e Xapuri (AC), cidades pólos das diversas regiões do país que estejam abaixo de 100 mil habitantes. Em torno desses municípios pólos serão agregadas diversas outras cidades de pequeno e médio porte. Esse projeto vai garantir à população o acesso aos bens culturais e aos meios de produção artística, estimulando a diversidade cultural e o intercâmbio entre grupos desse imenso país.

Mapeamento das manifestações culturais locais, mobilização de artistas, grupos e pontos de cultura, construção de parcerias, ocupação de espaços públicos, mobilização de gestores públicos, realização de atividades culturais e educativas, ocupação de espaços nos veículos de comunicação, documentação das ações que deverão gerar um documentário cinematográfico e fotográfico sobre as Caravanas realizadas e finalmente a publicação de um livro com textos e imagens sobre o projeto.

A Caravana da Cidadania Cultural é uma iniciativa do Ministério da Cultura e do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Rio Grande do Norte, em parceria com Instituições Federais de outros estados.

The project of accomplishment of the Caravan of the Citizenship ii inserts in the context of actions that are developed by the Federal Government by means of Ministry of the Culture and the proper organized civil society. The Caravan has the intention to promote a great mobilization in the society, involving the Federal Government; the public power in the state and municipal instances, beyond cultural groups, Points of Culture and institutions of education and research. The event has beginning in August and will happen of itinerante form in 11 (Manaus (AM), Juazeiro of Norte (CE), New Corrals (RN), Delmiro Gouveia (AL), Salvador (BA), Paracatu (MG), Taubaté (SP), Irati (PR), Corumbá (MS), Is Raymond Nonato (PI) and Xapuri (AC), cities polar regions of the diverse regions of the country that are below of 100 a thousand habitants. Around these polar cities other cities of small average will be diverse aggregates transport. This project goes to guarantee to the population the access to the cultural goods and the artistic means of production, stimulating the cultural diversity and the interchange between groups of this immense country. Mapping of the local cultural manifestations, mobilization of artists, groups and points of culture, construction of partnerships, occupation of public spaces, mobilization of public managers, accomplishment of cultural and educative activities, occupation of spaces in the communication vehicles, documentation of the actions that will have to finally generate a cinematographic and photographic set of documents on the Caravans carried through and the publication of a book with texts and images on the project. The Caravan of the Cultural Citizenship is an initiative of the Ministry of the Culture and the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of the Great River of the North, in partnership with Federal Institutions of other states.
